The only positive things: Beds are big and confy, but they should learn how to make them) and the food is very good and variétés. The parking is far down the street, very small and narrow we could not enter a Tesla, and the front door didn’t open. The access to the hôtel is not easy: narrow streets, few parking spots. The staff is young, no experience. The so called « Maître d’hôtel « at the dining room was unpleasant: treated us like children at a school dining room. A disappointing expérience: the reviews we read were excellent but the reality didn’t match our expectation by far.

Eating hours. Pool closed at 2000. Limited parking for Aura. Beach area is small

Nice, clean spacious hotel. Bed is big & jacuzzi is a plus. Really nice relaxing. The only thing is it was a bit hot. The receptionist advised us to open the door in the balcony as they have centralized heating, set at 24, hot for us. Good thing there was no noise and was able to sleep soundly.

Relatively new construction. Very very nicely decorated. Staff was exceptionally nice.

The property was wonderful, very updated and clean. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food and drinks. The view from our room of the sea was magnificent. I can not say enough good things about this beautiful hotel.

The staff is super competent and provide easy professional service. The beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely stay. I’d love to return next year.

It was truly the best Hotel i have ever stayed. Beds were biggest ive seen! Cleaned daily. Bathroom was exsquisite. Perfect. Will definately return.
