The hotel staff are friendly, the food is also delicious, the only downside for me is that the swimming pool is small, maybe because there are a lot of visitors and children... then the hotel room is not very soundproof, overall everything else is okay

Stayed here overnight. Clean hotel, good food, friendly staff. The downside is slow Wi-Fi. The room isn't soundproof. I was on the 8th floor, and I could hear loud motorcycle exhausts at night.

Just input with a fairly high hotel price rate, please replace the mattress. Because the mattress is very painful, the sheets, pillowcases also please replace them by buying new ones because the color of the pillowcases and sheets is very dull. the bathroom is the best,

Not very satisfying; the room is not soundproof, and it's noisy every night. Check-in takes a long time. The staff are not very friendly, but the security guard is quite pleasant. The breakfast food is decent, but there is no place to sit because all the tables are reserved, even though no one has a reservation. Finally, I asked the waiter, then she toke the reservation board. It's strange.

Very friendly service, can check in early because it arrived before 2 pm. The food at breakfast is very varied and delicious. Close to the culinary center of Jl. Suryakencana Bogor, the kids are happy and the parents are happy, highly recommended😍

stayed on July 1, 2025 in a deluxe room on the 6th floor. the room was clean but the AC was not cold at all. a bad experience came during breakfast, I had just put the last spoon in my mouth and put the spoon on the plate, I hadn't even chewed the food but then the employee immediately wanted to take the plate. the employee's hand position was already holding the plate about to take it while saying "I'll take the finished plate". I MEAN, CAN YOU WAIT A FIRST?. the food that had just been spooned was still in my mouth, and I still put the plate in front of my body, the position of the spoon and fork was open which meant I hadn't finished eating. oh yeah at that time the restaurant was quiet, breakfast was at 6.30 so there were only a few guests and my table was not full because I only took 1 bowl that I was eating, 1 plate that my child was eating, 3 small glasses.

There are only two elevators and they are very small, so when checking out, we had to wait a long time until we finally went up the stairs. If we got a room on the 2nd floor, the elevator always starts from the top and then on the 2nd floor it will definitely be full. At least increase the capacity of the elevator.
