stayed on July 1, 2025 in a deluxe room on the 6th floor. the room was clean but the AC was not cold at all. a bad experience came during breakfast, I had just put the last spoon in my mouth and put the spoon on the plate, I hadn't even chewed the food but then the employee immediately wanted to take the plate. the employee's hand position was already holding the plate about to take it while saying "I'll take the finished plate". I MEAN, CAN YOU WAIT A FIRST?. the food that had just been spooned was still in my mouth, and I still put the plate in front of my body, the position of the spoon and fork was open which meant I hadn't finished eating. oh yeah at that time the restaurant was quiet, breakfast was at 6.30 so there were only a few guests and my table was not full because I only took 1 bowl that I was eating, 1 plate that my child was eating, 3 small glasses.

There are only two elevators and they are very small, so when checking out, we had to wait a long time until we finally went up the stairs.
