Had a suite which was a fantastic size for 2 of us. Great having a separate shower and bath as I am disabled and not able to get in the bath, However there were no handles in the shower to hold onto and the floor was very slippery and dangerous, Even the bathroom floor when it was wet was slippery. Pool was l ovely everything very clean and loads of clean towels and sheets. Lovely cleaning lady. Enjoyed the meals especially the salad and dessert buffet. Was not over keen on Gala Night as food not up to standard and no buffet. Waiters were great especially Simon and Jasmina looked after us very well. Very quiet just what we wanted. Pool area good plenty of loungers and staff came round every afternoon with either complimentary drinks or fruit. No lights from accommodation block along side of bar so difficult to see to get to reception at night. Did enjoy holiday and had several massages which were extremely good.

Very nice quiet adult only hotel. Particularly enjoyed the comfort of the junior suite with larger balcony/patio and own sun loungers.

Wonderful hotel- really peaceful and relaxing. All staff are excellent and friendly. Food is great- a mix of buffet and table service.

First class service, food, staff and hotel

La Quinta was a pleasure to stay at, very quiet and everyone was very friendly and could not do enough for you. My husband was a bit disappointed that there was no fresh grapefruit at breakfast but still plenty to eat, the omelette was great and even better when I asked for a mushroom one and got it.Thank You. I had read that gentlemen should wear trousers for the evening meal in the restaurant, this was not adhered to by a man who came in shorts and a T-shirt every night that we were there and was not challenged. I felt that this did not set the standards that La Quinta had established. Thank You for a fabulous stay 22/9/21 to 29/9/21

Clean room and helpful staff

The staff were friendly and respectful. The pool was an ideal size and very relaxing. The restaurant food was excellent. The location was a 5 minute walk from other restaurants and bars

Friendly staff. Good location. Excellent spa treatments. Nice breakfast buffet. Swimming with googles I could see a lot of bird droppings in the outdoor pool. Air-conditioning in the gym not working properly. Bath in bathroom damaged. Not really 5-star quality in our view.

Amazing service. Nothing is much trouble. We were celebrating an anniversary and flowers and sparkling wine were delivered to our room. A wonderful hotel. Clean bed linen every day. Lovely friendly staff! A great holiday.

Very clean, all hotel staffs were professional and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Room was really nice, chose a suite which was worth the extra. Overall a really relaxing weeks break, would recommend hotel and will definitely consider returning if back in Menorca

Lovely hotel if you want a quiet adult only stay. Food good in the hotel and nice restaurants at the marina nearby. Service excellent, our sixth stay but there are lots of repeat customers. Area fairly quiet, depends if that’s what you want or not. Lots of the staff have been there a long time which reflects the efficiency and competence of Gustavo, the manager

Excellent calm hotel with delightful staff. Close but not on beach - great for coastal walks and relaxation!

Hotel is fine, nicely located and quiet, it’s clean, pool is great and the staff are friendly. My issues were as follows; 1. The gym is awful, not good enough. 2. The reception staff spend too much time serving drinks and not enough time checking people in and out etc, hotel needs a concierge to do more 3. Too much icing sugar on pastries at breakfast, always! Why? 4. Coffee wasn’t good. 5. Everything else was fine. Thanks J
