Nice and comfortable, very strategic location and easy to get to anywhere

booking 3 room, all linen in room are spotting, thiny towel, hot AC, calling for shuttle to JiExPO to the reception but no one can explain, calling in 2 time and the girls said Will be inform next and call back, buat no one calling me again, waiting until half hours in JiExPO, no one pickup us? try to borrow scissors ,but no one staff comming and we must going to the FO just for cutting the rope

The food is delicious and healthy. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful. It's definitely worth staying here.

The receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful, the only problem was that the AC in the room was too loud. I chose this hotel because I read reviews from guests who wanted to go to PRJ that a shuttle bus was provided, so I could park my car at the hotel because it was really hard to find parking and there was traffic. When I checked in at 2, it was confirmed that the shuttle bus would run every 30 minutes and the next schedule was at 2:30 PM. I confirmed it with the security guard at the front, but they still said 2:30 PM. So I sat and waited with several other people who were going to use the shuttle bus to PRJ, but at 2:26 PM the shuttle bus left without confirmation for those who had been waiting for a long time, and the security guard also didn't know that the shuttle bus driver was going alone, while with me there was also a group of people who had been left by the shuttle bus. I was really disappointed, without any confirmation from the driver that they were going. If I had known that, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel!! There are several hotel options closest to PRJ.

The check-in and check-out process takes a while, either there are only a few receptionists or it's busy, so you have to queue, even just getting the key takes a long time to be served, please add more receptionists, there are officers but they just walk around, they don't help directly so you don't have to wait too long.

The staff is very friendly, and everything is good. The only problem is that the parking lot is cramped and not very spacious.

The hotel is nice. It has a free shuttle service from hotel to PRJ to hotel. Bedroom is ok. Bathroom is ok. Breakfast is delicious so many variety to choose. But i want to suggest to make soundproof of the bedroom windows since it is noisy of traffic noise during night time and it bother our sleep. Overall it is nice to stay in this hotel.

Maintain the quality of the food, as well as its cleanliness, spacious rooms and large beds.. the lighting is a bit dim.

I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, citing availability, even though I booked it two months in advance. Maybe it was because I booked it online? The room smelled of cigarettes, making me feel stuffy. I was given an upgrade, but it was still uncomfortable. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to PRJ.
