Great hotel, loved the art as well! Staff were brilliant, both in the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant served great food. Easy to walk into town.

Renovated room looks modern and brand new. Good location to cycle downtown and to beaches. Breakfast sercive could have been friendlier and nice if served outdoors on sunny days.

Beautiful old charm hotel A little unexpected gem in Yverdon Unfortunately no air conditioning

Everything was perfect, from the check in staff to the amazing suite!

The hotel was super nice, and I enjoyed my stay a lot. My only issue was the shower stall was very small and almost impossible to turn around in (but the water was hot which was wonderful!). Also, my room didn't have air (or at least I couldn't find it.) It was okay though because it was cold outside, and I could open a window. That might be an issue if it's in summer. But I will definitely stay there again when I return to Yverdon-les-Bains. Very pleasant stay and excellent staff.

In general, I can say that the hotel and its team are very good. BUT, during our second night we had to call the reception at 01:15 at night due to strong noises of furniture moving and people laughing and shouting. It took us long to make the night receptionist to agree and go make our neighbors in the room next to us quiet. It appears that he new about the noise before we called and he had to ask people who were not the hotel gusts to leave. The next day when we were complaining at the day receptionist and ask for some kind of compensation, we were told, since we did not ordered the hotel directly we need to contact Hotels.com

Big room, very comfortable. Bottled water proved to be chargeable but when I drew the receptionists' attention to the fact that Hotels.com says they supply free water he gave us a large bottle free of charge.

This is an old-fashioned respectable hotel with heavy keys you wouldn't want to carry with you. So no modern design but the room and shower condition is very good? The neighborhood is very quiet. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is enjoyable and brand new.

We stopped here as a couple for an overnight stop on our way from France to Bern. The hotel was easy to find, very well sign posted. We didn't use any of the facilities just the room. Room was dated but clean. It suited our needs but very average.

Un accueil parfait, un service excellent. Très belle chambre, confortable avec une salle de bain parfaite. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable, nous avons rarement eu une telle qualité de service. Petit déjeuné excellent, largement suffisant. Hotel très bien situé, bien arboré et très calme.

Nous avions reserve une chambre "eco" et avons ete surclasses dans une chambre renovee a cause d'un mariage dans l'hôtel...vraiment super insonorisation, confort...et personnel tres gentil a la réception

Gutes Hotel mit schöner Gartenanlage und Terrassenrestaurant. Leider kommt man ohne Französischkenntnisse nicht aus. Ansonsten schönes ZImmer mit tollem Bad/Dusche.

Das Frühstück chf 34.— war das teuerste was ich je bezahlt habe und war sehr mager. Das Personal nicht interessierte man musste 2x einen Kaffee bestellen er kam nicht das Personal plauderten lieber. Es war das Geld nicht wert. Ein **** Stern Hotel und man brüstet sich mit 14 Gau Miau Punkten. Man sollte für das Frühstück Geld zurück bekommen.
