Luggage took over an hour to arrive to the room

Location is perfect but the rooms could be cleaned out room had so much dust and the bathrooms weren’t the cleanest.

Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, the room we were given is on the first floor which is directly above the restaurants on the street level, so it was very noisy in the evening. To top it off, there were workers in the evening doing work moving heavy furnitures in the room on another floor.

It was a great stay and close to plaza Andares

The breakfast didnt look fresh. The dishes were dirty. The rugs and smell was awfull. The curtains and room were dirty. The hot water comes warm but then it will burn you in a second. the a/c never worked. An then they would not agree you to havev a refund.

la localizacion está exelente, solamente como comentario el café de cortesia en la habitacion, le falta que le agreguen azucar, sustituto de azucar y crema, por lo demas bien....

Al inicio l recepcionista no nos quiso dar nuestra habitación, nos dijo que nos la daría después de las 3pm cuando el check in es a las 3pm, dijo que según sus políticas el horario de entrada era "a partir de las 3" entonces pedí hablar con una supervisora, me acerqué para que me mostrara "sus políticas" donde decía eso que me comentó la recepcionista, no me dijo nada, solo tomó mis datos y procedió a entregarme una habitación.

The sheets were not fresh sheets. They had stains and hair all over. It was pretty obvious that they left the same sheets from the previous guests.

El lugar es bueno, pero cuando reservamos la estadía a través de Expedia indicaba que incluía el desayuno. Cuando fuimos a solicitar el desayuno nos dijeron que como el hotel cambió de administración ya no incluye desayunos. Por lo que NO nos honraron la oferta, por lo que tuvimos que comprar desayunos fuera.

El hotel está en construcción, no hay recepción en la entrada, no habían toallas y agua en botella en la habitación, al día siguiente cuando nos fuimos a bañar en la mañana el agua salió muy sucia.

The hotel was in the middle of construction works and there were numerous problems. No hot water for 2 days (depending on the location of the room), no WIFI, poor attention to customer's needs (reported a TV remote control that wasnt working, nothing was done about it). I would not stay here again.

The room was worn. Not as nice as to lower cost hotels that I was forced to stay at due to my original reservation at the Wyndham being cancelled prior to my arrival. The staff was rather unapologetic for the cancellation and offered no assistance. Location is being remodeled. It is a noisy location due to the foot traffic at street level and a ground level "pre-lobby" that is open to the exterior. It tended to collect a sizable amount of young people loudly socializing. Location is good for proximity to the local mall and the associated restaurants. I was only able to stay at the Wyndham the last day of my stay in Guadalajara.
