Great secure location near restaurants. Very quiet and great breakfast choices. Staff were attentive and arranged for taxis and an airport pickup.

Room was big, clean bathroom, helpful staff, fresh adequate breakfast, good location, close to the airport, in zona 10, a relatively safe areas for tourists. All in all a great stay

Staff here are amazing. Responsive, timely. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Guatemala City.

What a beautiful historic hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We had a lot of luggage and they all helped with moving it. There is a nice security guard at the door. And we had a very early departure (5:30 am) on our last day so the lady at the desk offered to make us a meal to go since we would miss our free breakfast that day. We received a ham and cheese sandwich, chips and cookies in a sack lunch😋. And the early desk person brewed us coffee too.

Only 15 minutes to the airport by Uber. Also close to museums. The breakfast was a plus. Friendly staff and security

This is a hidden gem! It’s small and maybe doesn’t have amenities big hotels have, but, I never use them. This is a beautiful small, homie type of place. Staff is amazing! Location is perfect! Size of rooms perfect! Very colonial feeling. Excellent restaurants right across the street. Small front parking in front, but well guard. Some space available for overnight parking. Might need a little attention on minor repairs and I mean minor ones. But then again, what hotel doesn’t needs it. I love, absolutely love this hotel 👍👍👍👍

Loved the hotel, as there are some beautiful areas where we were able to have friends over and enjoy the sorroundings and have service from the bar. Very quiet area so sleeping was great with only nature sounds.

I used to stay here pre pandemic the place has not been renovated. The rooms are dark, towels are thin, and walls and carpets are stained. The window screens do not keep mosquitoes out. Staff however, is professional and polite.

I thought the service was excellent. Although prior reviews said it was poor they are a very new resort and they’ve improved their service dramatically. We weren’t traveling with kids, but it is a fantastic place, if you are traveling with kids. Very nice unique themed Nordic resort, comfortable, clean, and cool weather as it’s at an elevation.
