Super convenient spot

Hotel in perfect location, walking distance to shopping, dining, and lots of convenience stores.

Loved how convenient the location was. Hotel itself was really well kept and plenty of amenities. Elevator traffic was a pain though as you have to transfer to another elevator through the lobby to get to the ground floor. I would still return to this hotel! I had a lovely time.

Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel is located next to the Nishitetsu Tenjin station where you can take trains to suburbs of Fukuoka. And its very close to the Fukuoka subway station, where you can travel around the city easily. There are a lot of shopping places and nice food (including famous ramen places) nearby. Plus it is not as busy as the Hakata train station area, we find it very convenient yet it still gives us a quiet and comfy space to rest after a long day. Service is good, breakfast is nice with enough choices, highly recommended and will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again in the future.

因為我哋提早咗一日出發，臨時喺上飛機前先search酒店，見到呢個品牌同評價都唔錯，而且價額相宜，見到只剩最後一間房就即時訂嚟試吓住三晚！去到check-in時先發現原來係smoking room（但我哋係非吸煙者），但因為已經full咗無計，唯有照住！好彩一入房間都唔太覺有煙味（本人對煙味係好敏感），只係第二晚一入房最真係聞到少少煙味（可能係隔離房），但第三晚又完全無曬啲味！除咗呢方面之外，呢間酒店真係幾值得再次入住，房間唔係大但亦夠空間走動，而酒店後面就係櫛田神社，距離地下鐵站只係幾公鐘路程，如果係早出晚歸嘅就真係住得過！

Great location and area for those who want to explore Tenjin in Fukuoka. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was cozy.

It’s our second stay at Solaria NISHITETSU. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This time with my parents who found the location convenient, the rooms clean and comfortable. We will certainly be back for more visits!

This hotel has unique location and very suitable for shoppers. The staff are well trained and very friendly. My 2 year old daughter enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

Location Very convenient , comfy room

I was particularly impressed with front desk staff - Yamagata-san where she help to organize myself and family from leaving hotel on time to international airport. It was smooth but with a bit of sudden changes but she was dedicated to assists us all the way, even accompany and help us to move luggage into taxi to the last minute. Once again, thank you for providing such a delightful stay. I will recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to the opportunity of returning in the future.

old facilities. Poor upkeep. My bathroom smelt worse than the toilet...and the hotel could not do anything about it. Air cond was also a fail...shivering in my sleep during winter as the heater could not make it. Would be the last time I stay here.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to anywhere. The cleanliness of the towels and bed linens need improvements. Black tiny spots/insects can be found on the linens which caused skin itch and rashes. The two lifts which serve the upper levels seem slow and always crowded during check out hour and weekend evenings.
