I’m a wheelchair 90 + solo traveler. I have been in this destination 50 times, to all the hotels. But this hotel Aranjuez is the crown jewel of this destination. It is the only one that check all the items…. Breakfast is 5 stars Staff are 5 stars Rooms 5 stars Parking 5 stars Restaurant 5 stars…

Very nice breakfast choices

We spent a night here so we could catch a bus the following morning. Worked fine. This was not a destination. Very clean and staff were friendly.

Very nice but small rooms

Clean room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the lukewarm water in shower BUT I learned that if I had let the water run for 30 minutes, it would have gotten warm. That would have been nice to know before I took that lukewarm shower.

Excellent food!! Very good bar!! The room was pretty warm when we first entered The A/C only works in you have a room key inserted in the A/C relay. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.

Great service oriented staff

The room was clean, bedding was clean, the shower had decent water pressure and good hot water. The staff were fantastic and the restaurant serves very tasty meals at a good price for ample portion sizes. The airport shuttle left on time and got us safely to the airport. All in all, this is a great place to stay. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that there are dings and dents and signs of wear and tear, so possibly needs a little bit of renovating/up keep to look better. But overall, I would stay there again.
