On Check-In, we were advised that our Cabin did not have a bathroom and that the Park Toilet Blocks were undergoing renovations BUT, there was still access to the Disabled Facilities and to toilets close to our cabin. A motel room was available at a considerable increase in cost. After a long drive, we were too buggered to go find somewhere else. Unpacked and went for a stroll around the Caravan Park and found the Disabled Facilities to find it was a single room about 3.5 metres square which included a shower, toilet, hand basin and something else and as there was not 1 partition anywhere, only 1 person could use it at any 1 time so-1 shower for an entire caravan park. It would have been nice to have received some warning BEFORE we arrived-we only booked and PAID for the booking 6 months ago. Not happy Jan! Also Mr. Traveloka, could you please explain why I was charged more that YOUR receipt shows?
