A comfortable stay with really good food! The 2 bedroom suites are great when you’re traveling with family, as there is a large living area to get together. The only problem we encountered was with extremely loud music coming from an adjoining property. I guess there was very little our hotel could do about that!

not a good experience with the staff there ! we had booked a queen bed room, and they offered us twin bed !! the food was pathetic!!! dinner buffer was disaster !! they call themselves a 5Star property !! It should be rated as 3 star max! NO ALCOHOL served in their restaurant !!! Overall, there are much better options around in that area. Go for some other hotel. Can easily avoid property!!

The stay was very pleasant, the staff was courteous and the property was very well maintained. We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, enjoyed the serene nature surrounding the property. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well.

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic swimming pool and great SPA. I had one of the bungalow rooms which looked out over the pool with its own patio and it was perfect. Only marked down on comfort due to the pillows on the bed , I am very fussy but to plump and not enough give but then that is probably just me! Upside or down is that no alcohol is served at this hotel so after a long hot day discovering the beauty of Kerala you might find this a disappointment. Food (I had the evening buffet) was excellent with plenty of choice of local dishes but also catered to more western tastes as well if that is what you prefer. Only real downside was a very unreliable wi-fi (I was here on business , I know lucky me!) which made it very difficult to complete any work. I would also suggest downloading or bringing many books with you as very little locally without taking a taxi, but wow what a lovely place to just relax and chill and breath in the wonderful backwaters air.

Exceptional experience, great stay for families. Very good staff , ready to full fill the needs any time during the stay with a smile. Kids and senior citizen family enjoyed the stay alike. Will definitely comeback again.

Good people to serve in restaurant, reception, room service etc. But need beds not comfortable as its old.

Fantastic view to the lake, helpful staff, good dining. But facility is a little dated. Bathroom shower head was weak. Overall enjoyed our stay but a little over priced.

A very cozy place to stay.. we choose the lake view cottage and the sunset from the room is simply awesome. The resort has a very huge pool in front of every cottage making the stay amazing. Good quality food and the biriyani is worth trying. Authentic Ayurvedic spa with Sauna make the stay incredible .
