The Beachside is a classic Nantucket hotel, close to downtown and Jetties Beach. Lots of recent upgrades and the staff was welcoming and wonderful.

Our girls trip here was amazing. The hotel is beautifully curated and you can tell they thought about all the details. The pool area is so fun and we (as adults) even had a lot of fun in the arcade room. The food and drinks were also delicious and fresh. The rooms are nice with comfy beds and everything you need. Above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - we loved chatting with them. We would definitely stay again!

Great hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good, bathroom was small but met all needs. Nicely renovated.

We loved our stay at Beachside. We had friendly accommodating staff, free use of bicycles, great location, cute cozy rooms with wonderful DS&Durga soaps and shampoo. Would definitely stay there again.

I am requesting an immediate refund for this hotel because it was NOT even open for business. In fact, the hotel is CLOSED until next May. I had to drag my whole family and our luggage through the freezing cold in Nantucket to find another hotel that is open. I don’t know why they sent me an online check in email. They told me that I have to get my refund through Hotels.com

Staff were friendly, accomodating. Beverly, at check in desk, could not have been nicer to us, and Alex, bartender, took great care of us, especially my daughter in law, who has multiple food allergies.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating despite several issues with our rooms. In our initially booked room the bathroom heater and the single AC outlet did not work and could not be repaired in time for our full stay even after maintenance tried to fix. We were provided with a second room which did not have the same issues but in that room the safe would not open. Both rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, although the bathrooms in each were compact with minimal counter space.

We had a great time. Natasha really treated us well. We loved the tuk tuk bike shuttle to town and the ride to boat with all our luggage.

Beachside was a warm, friendly hotel. New upgrades everywhere that were clean, fun and eclectic! Loved it! Will definitely be back

This is the cutest little hotel with the best smelling lobby and products! The staff was absolutely amazing, accommodating, friendly, and made our stay so special!

Beautiful lobby, patio, and pool! Great location. Great service and communication at front desk. Free bikes to explore Nantucket was a bonus!

Decor , bedding, pool was excellent . Staff was friendly and helpful. Bikes on the property were awesome. Outside lighting in parking area was so bright in our room at night trying to sleep but other than that it was wonderful

Fantastic location! A quick 7 minute walk from the ferry. Loved the feel of the lobby when I arrived. It felt warm and friendly. The staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful. The room was quaint, quiet and spotless. Loved being able to take the hotel bicycles for a ride without making a reservation. So easy! So fun! We walked to town for shopping and dining. Felt very safe walking at night. Love the area and cannot wait to come back! The heated pool was especially nice!

The Beachside was fabulous! Staff were courteous,helpful,and kind. The hotel was clean and updated. Beachside provides bicycles so it was easy to get around. I will definitely stay at Beachside next time I’m in ACK.
