Great location and value in Carmel.

Front desk was responsive, helpful and polite. The first night my room's phone didnt work and they fixed it immediately the next morning while I was at breakfast. Included breakfast had small but welcome offerings - fruit, yogurt, pastries.

You cant turn on the lights from the bed. For 300$ I want a lamp by the bed like other motels. Also roof tarp probably leaks so the place smells moldy.

The Inn is charming, the room and bathroom were spacious and the complimentary breakfast better than expected. My one complain is about parking, limited spots and large cars won't fit.

The location is great. You are within walking distance of the beach, shopping & dinning. The parking can be hit or miss since most of it is on the street, but we had no trouble. I wish our room had a microwave. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

I though no AC would be no big deal but my room was an OVEN

The facility is centrally located.

The property is pretty old and there doesn’t appear to be much effort to update it or make it better. The rooms in the back overlook the pool so if you plan on sleeping in and not getting woken up by kids at the pool I recommend a room facing another direction.

It is a cute little place to stay walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It’s always clean. Friendly staff. Super close to everything. A 3 min walk to the beach and right next to shops. Definitely a go to place to stay.
