The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you. The pool was fantastic. Alway space, great design and view. The mini studio perfect for 4 people. We came prepared and we brought our own cleaning products and tea towels. There were always parking spaces. It felt safe with the Closing gate. It was 2 minutes drive from the supermarket and 30 minutes from Palombaggia. I would definitely go back. My negatives: - that the drive back to Bastia airport was never 2h30, due to traffic, it took almost 4 hours and we almost missed the plane so if you fly back from Bastia, leave VERY early so this does not happen to you - the restaurant was not for us, pizza not very good (chopped tomato not tomato sauce, not good for kids and calzone way too much meat that was hard to chew, tough sausage) and you have to book, not ideal on holiday if you just change your mind and want to eat there, better have a reservation, really not ideal or friendly system, and after 7pm lots of insects so put lots of repellent. I got stung and it was very bad.

Everything was great. People at the front desk were so nice! Location was close to restaurants and shopping. It is a great place for families, a lot of activities for kiddos! I would highly recommend this place!

Friendly staff who spoke fairly good English. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Came with crockery and cutlery and some pots and pans to use. We weren't aware that we would have to bring our own hand soap which I was a bit annoying on the first day. You are also given one toilet roll and one bin bag. It would of been helpful to know this before arriving. Other than that it was in a good location from Porto-Vecchio, with a nice little beach attached.

The setting is beautiful and the position is lovely. Nice beach and superb restaurant, although this is quite expensive, (about 70 euros per person with drinks/wine). Pool is warm and attractive but beware of water catchment trough at the end of the pool as this represents a death trap to a small child. My 6ft 2" Husband would have trouble getting out. Unfortunately the apartments are dated and utilitarian. Note you have to make your own beds on arrival, and there is no room service whatsoever for the week. You can change your towels for 6 euros per person and double bedding for 12 euros. On arrival you have to leave a deposit of 400 euros and any damages or value of missing items may be deducted from this amount. You are requested to confirm an inventory of ALL items in the apartment on your arrival "no later than the next day". On departure this inventory is then physically checked in your presence by a member of staff who comes to your apartment at an agreed time at which point the key is taken, and, if all is satisfactory, you will be refunded your 400 euros. On departure - "your apartment must be left in perfect state of cleanliness". This is also inspected before you leave and if you are not prepared to conform to this request then you can pay extra for an "end of stay cleaning package". (40 euros for one bed and 50 euros for 2 bed). We found the apartments generally uncomfortable/unappealing and the rules and regime wholly distasteful.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The accommodation is on the small side and adequate however don't expect any generosity. Bed linen provided but you have to make your own bed. Only supplied one roll of toilet paper and one bin bag for a week - and nothing else. So you have to bring everything, which is quite tricky if you are coming from abroad. The beach was really disappointing as although you have beach sand the water is very shallow and the sea bottom stoney. We weren't able to really get wet. The pool is great. The restaurant is really good, not cheap but good quality. Lovely area to have sundowners. Beware of ordering the fish - it's expensive. Staff helpfulness was mixed. One of the men on the desk was delightful and went the extra mile. However we had a very different response from others on the desk. It may be that we don't speak French. Love Corsica and will return - perhaps not to Paesu Serenu

WE really could not fault this hotel/self catering. They have thought of everything. /even bread and croissant delivery in the morning. Just a little way out of town. 2km. Everything else was excellent.

Die Anlage ist an sich gut angelegt mit Pool, Tennisplatz, Strandzugang etc. Man braucht aber ein Auto, es im direkten Umfeld wenig Restaurants, Supermarkt etc gibt. Es ist alles kein Luxus aber völlig ok für ein paar entspannte Tage.

4eme sejour dans cette résidence. Toujours un excellent accueil. Appartement très propre. Le plus un bon restaurant sur place avec un beau bar au bord de l'eau. Site très calme.

Apparemment très bien mais malheureusement il manque quelques détails en arrivant surtout un dimanche... Une bouteille d'eau au frais, de quoi nettoyer et essuyer la vaisselle, du savon ( même un petit !). Sinon le site est très bien, la plage privée, le calme...

Schöne Anlage und sonst auch alles sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist wirklich spitze. Am Pool wären ein paar Sonnenschirme gut.

Informations fausses. Plage baignade interdite. Wi-Fi ne marche pas, jamais. Prix du ménage trop élevé. Lit non fait.vu le prix de la semaine. Décevant

Bella struttura, gli appartamenti sono nuovi e dotati di tutti i confort: microonde, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie. Sono stati forniti gratuitamente lenzuoli ed asciugamani. Il cambio è a pagamento. Vicino al Residence c'è un supermercato e la struttura è vicina alle vie principali per raggiungere le spiagge più belle in circa 20 - 25 minuti. Wifi non prende nelle camere e nemmeno i canali italiani in tv. Il mare della spiaggia adiacente non è un granché.

Un super accueil (bonne humeur, disponibilité et professionnalisme) dans cette résidence exceptionnelle, très bien entretenue.
