Friendly and helpful staff

Staff was great but parking was not.

There is a train track right beside the property that goes by 4 times through the night and not at all through the day. Each time it goes by it's horns go off. Room was decent clean but the bathroom shower seemed dirty. Floor and shower needs regrouting. So very dirty looking. Hallways were very marked up on walls and carpeting was very stained and dirty.

It was a nice hotel, the kids running in the halls was annoying as they ran into me and spilled my ice all over the hallway. Staff is very friendly. I didnt have breakfast but it smelled good.

The room was okay, could use some upgrades, definitely wear and tear and age. Pillows were terrible. The pool and hot tub were absolutely freezing!!! The hot tub was out of order, I had asked what time they were closed, at that time I think the front desk should have notified us of the condition, was not very happy about that. Hallways needed vacuuming. Staff was friendly.

Near train tracks and noisy. Could hear people in hallway easily. Not a place for restful sleep. Breakfast excellent

Wish there was better security in parking lot. Hallways and elevators are very noisy in rooms.

Good stay , convenient, but expensive when breakfast not included

Rooms were big and spacious.

Good location, good parking.

Room was clean. Would have been nice to get a heads up that the road in front of Hotel was closed and access was only through the parking lot off Albert St Otherwise great!
