The room is quite spacious and fully equipped, with a washing machine for guests staying long term. The garden view is airy, the location is a bit far from the center but there are many restaurants and convenience stores around.

The landscape, interior and exterior,... are all beautiful, neat and clean. The staff is friendly. You guys are very flexible and have a good service mindset. There were some inconveniences during the stay, but the important thing is that you guys always try to support the guests and compensate promptly. Thank you M Village!

There are many points for improvement: (There are many points for improvement) - Walls, partitions, and balconies are chipped, moldy, and quite old. - The air conditioner is old, makes a very loud noise when operating, and has no cooling ability. - The bed sheets are torn. - The bed made a squeaking sound. Good service, enthusiastic staff. The hotel's space and rooms are spacious and airy. I have experienced many branches of M Village, but by far I find the HBT branch to be the worst experience. (I have experienced many branches of M Village, but by far the HBT branch is not the best experience.)

Although they initially gave the wrong room compared to the description images on app. When we raised this issue, they swiftly correct us and accommodate us in other property and upgrade the tier. The room is generally clean with good view to the garden.

Booked an apartment room, which according to the picture: has a bathup. But we ended up without one. Staffs were nice, espesciallu huong. Far from the city centre.

The room is clean, the staff is extremely friendly and supportive at all times. The common area is always clean and airy. The hotel is very nice, nothing to complain about. I can use the room card to open the main door and the parking area, so I can freely choose my time. The downside is that the room is not soundproof and the windows (deluxe room) all open to the common area where people pass by, so I can't pull the curtains to get much light; there is no elevator; CMT8 street around the hotel is often congested.

This is my second time here. I like the communal space in the village. Maybe because I booked the room at the last minute, my house is on the 3rd floor, so it's a bit tiring to climb the stairs and it's a bit far to get a drink.
