Very nice breakfast choices. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend an evening here.

It is a lovely hotel off the main drag in the city. The staff, Lila in particular, was so helpful. We ate our breakfast there. The food was good. The first night prosecco was a wonderful touch.

Lovely hotel in great location with ample parking, three minute walk from Main Street in Killarney and loads of pubs/shops/restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little tired, but was clean and more than large enough for us for our 5 night stay. Breakfast was very good and Catherine was lovely, she looked after us every day and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always took a little time to chat to us and offer advice about things to do in the area. Five stars to Catherine!!

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating - The lady on reception was particularly welcoming when I arrived by bike after a long day of cycling! We were also offered a complimentary drink on arrival so went straight to the bar. The hotel is dog friendly and even set us up with our own breakfast table in the reception area in the morning. Very close to bars and restaurants close by, 5* - Would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Friendly helpful staff Receptionist gave excellent recommendation for a place to eat. Housekeeping set up a cot for my baby grandaughter. Room close to reception and accessible for baby buggy. Lovely bright room with two double beds with garden view. Quiet street - no passing traffic. Great location, short walking distance from centre of Killarney with lots of shops & restaurants. Very pleasant stay. I will visit again
