We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.
