We tried to check in , they were not available at the site, we ended up without a hotel that night, next morning, we asked expedia for refund since we didn’t stay at the hotel. Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund. Yet, the hotel refused to request for the refund which basically they took our money without even accommodating our stays.

The property itself was well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities in good condition. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient parking. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

We had a terrible experience from check-in to check-out. The lady at front desk was rude, she almost didn’t say one word. The room AC was not working. I talked with them, they said they can’t fix and also did not have other room. We sleep two night at 90F. The breakfast suppose to open at 08:00 but it still close at 08:30. In room 219 Bathroom smelled of Sewage, no hot water in shower, air conditioning did not work. Hotel is along highway but able to drive into Santa Fe center in 1 minute.

Came in late from flight. At first, staff member for check in was pleasant. After we went to the room there was a staff change. The night desk person was unfriendly and rude. The listing claimed there was air conditioning but it wasn’t working. Desk says after a certain time of year, they switch to heat and if you want air you have to open a window. I explained the window is on a level that someone can walk up to window and climb in and is not safe. He got very annoyed with me and said it is safe. He was very rude about the situation and had no concern that my family did not feel safe. It is not possible to even just turn on fan to circulate air in the room. I do not recommend this hotel mostly for rude service.

This hotel is a great stop for Granda airport, very close. Modern hotel, clean with nice rooms. Have stayed here twice although this time room was very cold. Free breakfast which was a bonus but i wouldnt recommended the restaurant. A short walk into Santa Fe is a better option.

First of all we arrived at the hotel and the receptionists manners were probably the worst I have ever recieved. Was making it hard for me to check in I don't know if it was because I was Gibraltarian or he was just making it difficult. Then he finally checked us in and when we get to the room with our baby and all our luggage l, the room was a mess and had not been cleaned from the last occupants. So we had to go all the way back to reception without any apologies and with a smile on his face he changed us to another room. This room was a lot better but still disappointing with views to the internal of the hotel. Breakfast was not bad. The bread rolls where as hard as a rock the food mostly cold and the coffee was like dirty water. The rest wasn't bad good yoghurts and fruit. The only good thing about the hotel was the free parking but was a disappointing stay.

Good hotel, good value, close to the airport - just what we needed

The only positive is that it had parking and it was close to the airport. The reception person was nice but the room are old and musty and noisy.

The place is kept so clean, kind employees, the rooms are in good shape and beautiful.

Nice parking inside. Close to the airport so overall good choice as there are not any branded hotels around.

Close to Granada Airport. A little tricky finding the entrance, right off the highway. Beds were extremely comfortable, firm with nice linens-- surprising since the room price was so low. Pleasant, modern decor. Parking was easy and convenient, but the garage lights only stayed on for 30 seconds at a time, leaving us in the dark over and over when we were trying to sort our luggage. I wish there was another shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Room lighting was too dim for practical purposes, but made for nice atmosphere.

Would come back if in town again

It is located about 9 kilometers from Granada. Within minutes from Granada's Airport. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. If I go back to Granada I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The reception staff was very nice and helpful specially Miss. rachel and the young man her colleague. They where very professional and welcoming.

Great hotel although I was disappointed with how many extras are now no longer complimentary. Staff are very helpful and friendly and we felt very comfortable here.
