I booked a family room for 3 people. I was also told there would be breakfast for 3 people, but I actually got breakfast for 2 people when I checked in.
I complained to the hotel and was told to complain to Traveloka. I asked Traveloka customer service, but they didn't respond anymore. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS AFTER SALES
