Our stay was excellent at the resort except the cleanliness of the CR.

The hotel is not safe, there is no sign to put on the door like other hotels. The time I stayed my hotel room breakfast key and time I returned 2 cleaner in the room. Once we enter the room they immediately run away with a liquid cleaning in the bathroom. Honestly I suspect because they are acting strangely and they enter without confirmation to me and my husband. As soon as I checked my wallet it turned out that money 3 million vanished. I complain to their receptionist just apologize they do not know if cleaner enter. Worst experience I've ever experienced. I would never stay in this hotel even if it's free. Kapok and very regretful stay at this hotel.
