Great apartment, very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Heated pool

Lovely stay - very friendly hardworking staff and very welcoming. Very well equipped rooms and very clean, Pool towels provided. Heated pool. Quiet at night for sleeping. Walk into the centre made easier with back gate access. Lidl and Superdino only yards away. Downside - building work ongoing opposite to the apartments - noisy and dusty. No dedicated parking - tricky to find a parking spot closeby. But we will be going again. hopefully the building work will be completed in 12 months time!!!!!

During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. And handed me my swimming pool towel My apartment was north facing, with a stunning view of the cliffs of the gigantes and ocean view and sunset views. And was away from the noise of the road and pavement near the carpark. A secluded but very private area with just a few apartments located along the side. The apartment to my surprise had a second floor, with a large single twin bed and bathroom shower area. The second floor had a second small bathroom without a shower and a small kitchen, large dining room and terrace with a beautiful ocean view, two sun loungers and table and chairs.. The kitchen had ever appliance needed, with complimentary water and tea and coffee. A water boiler,.own wifi router and TV with international channels. The whole apartment smelled and looked very clean, plenty of toilet rolls, towels, new washing liquid, sponge and wipe. Lidl is a 5 minute walk for all food essentials. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and for the price was probably the cleanest and well equiped and spacious apartments I have stayed in. And will love to return back here.

Excellent base for exploring the area, can’t fault it really, the pool is lovely and very clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy particularly were the breakfasts, just not executed well enough and not enough choice, so I wouldn’t bother with the food if I came again, I would just have a room .

Stayed over a busy weekend in June, very cheap, staff brilliant, amazing views. Apartments do need some upgrading, but then the price would double. Would stay again if in this area.

Very efficient Reception team

Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year.

This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)

Great area

Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours.

Great stay as always, building works compete so very relaxing

Excellent apartments in Los Gigantes. A bit dated but very clean. Lovely balcony overseeing the cliffs. Very convenient location for grocery shopping as two supermarkets are within 2 mins distance. The demographics when we stayed was mostly old couples and we were family with young children so that did not fit. It is not a breakfast buffet and if you are vegetarian it is horrible. So basically 0 stars for breakfast.

Lovely clean apartment, staff very friendly.

The hotel was under renovation around the key areas (pool and restaurant). It was noisy and disruptive.

It was safe it was quiet and with the small Supermarket across the road (not LIDL) it was perfect for groceries. The pool area was well kept and surrounding area kept very clean. The only negative was the noise by the workman erecting a new boundary fence on the first floor above the pool area. Overall I will be back.

Grouting in bathroom for floor tiles looks dirty and tiles need polishing? Not the cleaners fault they were all friendly and efficient.itv channels not usually available on TV for some reason we could get itv1! When we arrived not a very warm greeting. Otherwise everything was good. Fantastic location and view

Perfect location for quiet but also walkable to many areas, views and local atmosphere is very relaxing
