Les douches au 11e étage eau froide

Park in the underground parking right away rather than in the very limited parking lot.

La température de la chambre était de 24, 5 degrés Celsius. Impossible à corriger le système était défaillant. Je n’ai pas trouver le sommeil avant 3 h du matin … j’ai appelé le service aux chambres deux fois pour cette situation . L’entretien a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien y faire . J’ai ouvert la fenêtre mais c’était tellement bruyant !! Le lendemain la réception m’a dit que la climatisation de fonctionnait pas . Mais ce n’est pas normale que le système alimente à 24 !!!!!

Dirty rooms

This hotel needs an overhaul. It is very old and does not cater to someone on business trip. The gym equipment was out of order and the TVs in the gym had no remote. I was upgraded to an 'updated room' after I went downstairs to advise the front desk I was checking out. I first room looked like the couch was picked up from a dumpster.

The rooms were very spacious, there was an issue with the check in and it was confusing but besides that it was amazing

Les oreilles sont énormes (épaisses) et très dures (ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. Impossible de baisser la température (24C en entrant dans la chambre). Avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour un peu d’air. Lit confortable par contre.Café disponible (Keurig, 4 kups) dans la chambre ce qui est bien.

Rooms are not sound proof you can here everything from what’s going on in the hallway and the neighbours room. Deposit of $150 when you get there it doesn’t say but there’s one. If not it was a good stay
