Don't bother making reservations

This place is disgusting.

Loved the place. Was very welcoming and comfortable. Place was clean and easy to get too.

Hi I stayed there and the first room was dirty so I asked for a new one they did kindly give me a new one and a tiny shopping cart to bring all my bags to the other side of the hotel where I ended up slipping in the mop water

i liked everything

sheets were filthy. large pieces of some kind of dirt or debris on the sheets, and blood stains on the sheets consistent with bedbugs. I slept for 90 minutes on the couch so I wouldn’t fall asleep at the wheel and then left. guy working the front desk was also really obnoxious and rude.

Broken down room (cracks in walls), stained towels, and an offensive air freshener smell all night

The first room we got had dirty white linens, stains of black / burn marks on the sink. The owner was super nice and got us into another room. The other room was cleaner but the white sheets had fuzz and hair on them. The shower curtain had a deep red stain across the entire bottom. The shower walls looked like they had boogers on them. The towels were scratchy and wrinkly, like they had been cramped into a bag for too long. When we requested towels the next day, we waited a couple hours and were handed wrinkly towels with strands of hair and black lint (I hope). I feel like the housekeeping is really lacking. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It is a decently cheap price for what you expect I guess. Definitely get what you paid for.

The double bed room had white bedding with stains and pillows that did not seem clean to the touch. The towels were very old and dirty. I took pictures and videos of the room, I was in disbelief this room was offered this way.

It’s a big resort kind of scary scary property, rooms were smelly, dirty. Linens and towels you can see stains. Thanks it was just a one night thing. It doesn’t seems to be good for family. they couldn’t offer 2 adjacent room for such a big property and for another room I have to drive 2-3 times.

The hotel was ok at first glance. The rooms were outdated with plenty wrong. My issue was I woke up at 3 am to the above guests stomping on the floor. I then found that I had bed bugs crawling all over me. I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. The phone number on their website didn’t work. I had to get dressed and walk to the lobby to ask for a new room. Luckily the new room didn’t have bed bugs, but I was thoroughly grossed out and will never return.

I had room 201 it was amazing for the price

The room was nice. The employee was nice. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi didn’t work at all.

Average place, but price is right. Nothing fancy, but clean room , good location. Kudos to Phil who checked me in /out. Very kind man who took the time to make me feel valued as a customer. Thank you

We were greeted by the kindest front desk person ever. He made us feel immediately welcome. The room was spacious and clean, and everything was in working order.

My room was dirty the towels had stains on them , the hallway to the room smelled terrible and my bed was broke .

Second time staying at this motel while visiting family. Motels in this area are pretty much are all the same but after new management/ownership remodeled and put in the back, honestly my new favorite place to stay. The older man and his son (only guessing not sure if family), are polite, professional, kind, and accommodating! Will be in my top 3 for Wilkesbarre/Scranton area for sure! Room: “Back Rooms”: clean and organized, larger than average motel per sq ft, smell good, linen average (could be a little better), bathrooms clean and stocked, fridge (average size/expected), microwave (average), TV (modern)
