Clean and friendly service. TV did not work and could not adjust water temperature from hot.

I still haven’t got my deposit back. It’s been almost 3 weeks.

The didn’t have the tv set up so we had no tv the whole first day and a half they lied and said no one in the hotel had tv but the people next to us did they said we had to take to take our sheets to the office ourselves and get new ones even tho the housekeeper was right next door to our room there was something black on the towels and breakfast was only a hostess cupcake nothing else!! Worst stay ever and will not be going back

Rude staff that tried to keep our $150 cash deposit for 3 rooms. They acted like they didn’t have it. Filthy rooms with mold in the bathrooms. Non-smoking but somehow almost every bed had cigarette burns in the bedding. Very sketchy place all around. Please spend the extra money and stay anywhere but here.

mediocre front desk service and attitude

We have small dogs. They were not up front about the $35 per animal. And the place is pretty dumpy.

When checking out they won't give back deposit and are very rude about it never stay there again

Liked reasonably clean while under remodeling Disliked satellite not working, not getting first floor room, had to change due to heater not working, then the service desk wanted me to run up and down the stairs to get the key! Poor service. The pictures online look better than the actual site. No hair dryer, No iron board or iron, broke lamp in first room,

The juice machine was out of order. The couch in the room was looked dirty. Needs to be replaced.

This motel was the cheapest option in the area for a quick overnight stay. I was traveling back to Michigan from South Carolina and was really just looking for a place to lay our head for the night. Considering it was the cheapest in the area I wasn't holding it to a high standard. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. However, there was a few concerning issues we experienced in our short stay. I rented two rooms for the night, my 18 year old son and 17 year old daughter stayed in one room while myself, my 9 year old, and twin 1 year olds stayed in the other. In both rooms the bathtub would not retain water- despite the drain being down, it continued the drain, making it difficult to give my twins a bath. Second, my twins are not walking yet, just crawling, from the moment we entered the room and they crawled on the floor their feet, knees, hands, and legs were covered in black dirt from the floor. I cleaned it off them multiple times, but they continued to be covered. Judging by the amount of dirt on my children it looks like they never clean the floor. It was really gross. During the night and morning a group of what appeared to be homeless guys drank and were loud just outside my door. Then to top it off at 5am some type of alarm went off multiple times throughout the hotel. They would turn it off- then it would go back on- this happened a few times. Needless to say I wish I would have just paid the extra at one of the other hotels nearby.

Property was pleasant and convenient as it was an overnight stay during a long drive. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom/ sink were clean. Somehow the cold water came out warm. Not expected. Breakfast was not much. A few pastries some fruit and granola bars. Would have been good to have a nice warm breakfast, but as the receptionist stated, there are many local restaurants in the area.

We had a confirmed reservation for a room with a king sized bed, but none was available when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, but the hair dryer only blew cold air, the bedspread had two holes, and one of the wash cloths had holes and was unraveling. The juice machine was not working so breakfast was coffee and packaged pastries.

It was great for our overnight stop. Has a nice outdoor pool. Is close to shopping and restaurants.
