The lady at the feont desk was super nice

I didn't got the room i received

Card keys were not available, a staff member had to let us into our room every time we left. Beds were horribly uncomfortable.

The staff was lazy and annoyed when we asked for a towel after 3 nights. Then questioned us why we would need more towels. The hotel was not clean and it was in need of repairs. Simple things like a missing outlet cover were not taken care of.

Super gross room cup were not clean and put away different couch wasnt clean and had white crustys and shower was disgusting even needed to be sweep and vacuum

Not recommended! We just stayed this past weekend while in town for a funeral. Front desk staff was kind but the place was in horrible condition. One bed comforter had burn marks and holes in it. We asked for a replacement ans was advised they didnt have extra, they did provide the only extra blanket they had. We later discovered blood stain droplets on the second comforter. The heater was broke but stayed on, we couldn't turn it off and the air conditioning unit was broken. Vending machine broke halfway through a transaction. Our neighbors were screaming and running around the halls during the second night. Front desk staff was nice and it seemed the cleaning crew did what they could but didnt have resources to replace dirty, soiled bedding. Do not stay here

Clean rooms and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with so many options and the water park was a HUGE hit with the kids!

The man working the front desk during check in was rude.

It gets the job done but the TV didn't work nor did the toilet paper holder.

The pool area was disgusting and needed cleaned terribly. There was dirt and grime everywhere on the floor area around the pool & waterslide. Our hotel room had a musty/smokey smell and was also very dirty, the floors needed cleaned badly. The TV in our room did not work. And the heater sounded terrible like it had issues and the thermostat on it didn't work either. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Was supposed to get a king bed suite and got 2 doubles when i needed the suite

I was noit impressed with our room. Sheets were stsined. Bed sunk in and toilet did not have a bad tank cover.

the front desk clerk was amazing and let us check in way earlier than we were supposed to. the hotel was not good. it smelled musty and obviously someone was smoking pot somewhere on the premises. which, whatever. the pool was gross. my girls didn’t even swim. no hot tub. our shower wouldn’t drain. the beds were actually really comfortable and i had a good night sleep. just gave me the ick.

Over night stay with my husband. Booked a king suite that was supposed to have an in room jacuzzi tub based on the pictures shown but was not the case. Room was spacious, bathroom was small but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Wall seemed to have some water damage and was peeling. Nice area of town, great breakfast and pool. Could use some updates but would stay again.

There were obvious drywall repairs that needed paint, the bathroom had grungy corners, and the room had an unusual odor. The shower head was fantastic & the towels were nice, the bed was very comfortable, but the linens were wrinkled.

It was unpleasant! Toilet ran all night. Husband woke up with a rash all over his legs and stomach. We only had scorching hot water, so he couldn’t even shower. The room we booked wasn’t pet friendly, so we were moved to a different room and it wasn’t anything compared to the one originally booked. There was a box full of trash and a broken AC in the hallway. Parking lot was almost non-existent.
