3 nights stay in room 8888, ok comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and patient and respect the guests, when we checked out it was a bit late and there were no unpleasant words, the cleaning staff waited patiently while we cleaned up.

The staff was very friendly, both at check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and spacious. Dinner was excellent. Access to Juanda Terminal 2 was very close.

The restroom is very inconvenient to use. Narrow and uncomfortable.

The hotel is very comfortable and close to Juanda Airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean, comfortable for small children. Unfortunately, the room's AC is not very cold, so it's a bit hot.

On the 2nd day I stayed at Sinar 1, on the 2nd day I chose the signature room at number 844, the room was spacious, the AC was ok, quite cold (because I had ordered it to be turned on from noon), very clean both the bedroom and the bathroom, the breakfast was delicious but if you choose fried chicken, be careful with the chili sauce, it's very spicy hehehe. Overall, this is very good, if I go to Surabaya, I will definitely come here again, access to the airport is also +10 minutes, always maintain it.

The receptionist when we checked in was unfriendly. Her face and tone were unfriendly, and she seemed dismissive. Thankfully, the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in deluxe room number 2220. The room was spacious and clean, but the AC wasn't too cold. The bathroom was clean. The food was delicious, but it wasn't buffet style. Overall, it was great. I upgraded to a signature room to see the atmosphere.
