Small rooms, the receptionist did not regularly counter

There is no room for motorbikes and room delivery is not as agreed

The room was old, smelly, worse than there were fleas in the room, the air conditioner was noisier than the blower, the last day I was ready to check out, the hotel had a water outage, the worst hotel I've ever seen, Not worth staying, heartfelt advice for anyone who is about to book a room here

The hotel is right in the middle of the bustling walking street all night, very suitable for those who like the bustle

Poor hygiene, air conditioning problems turn off automatically

- There is no parking space - Facilities are quite old - Furniture is everywhere in the hotel - Room smells strange (like a normal karaoke bar) - In the context of the current disease, a sensitive place like Bui Vien whose cleanliness is not guaranteed. I just checked in, checked into room 5 ’, decided to do check out even though I already transferred, so I accepted. Hope the hotel improves the quality of service.

"Old" is what it means. Hygiene is dirty, towels (not used) are bad. Because I only stayed for 4 hours, I could not take a picture for everyone to see, hoping to sympathize but do not believe, please come and experience if I say anything wrong;)

Reasonable price, clean room!

Clean room, toilet without smell. Room like picture. But the soundproofing is poor. Quite noisy because Bui Vien was always crowded. The hotel is in the middle of Bui Vien, so traveling by grap car is to walk to the Hung Dao crossroads.

The male receptionist at the evening is very demeaning to the guests. Arbitrarily writing pen and ink on cmnd makes guests detained at the airport. After being criticized, there was no apology but the attitude challenged and took d * y. Request hotel management to review the attitude of this employee and compensate the ID rework fee

I have forgotten the iPad charger and bulbs, but when I called back, I asked the receptionist to check, the receptionist told me to check and then called again, but did not see the call

Hotel staff are enthusiastic, attentive, clean rooms, though not like the photos but still okay. just the noisy problem in the evening and no parking at the hotel is very inconvenient for guests 😭😭😭.

Hotel room is not new, luxurious as in the picture, but overall still ok. nice receptionist, good soundproofing room, right at Bui Vien and me at Saturday, noisy Sunday but the sound only heard a little.
