everything is good, they need to change the mattresses, it is so uncomfortable.

The staff are super wonderful and helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated and old. The A/C stopped working in One night but the technician came and fixed it on the spot and he was a very nice person. Very dark inside the rooms as the lighting is very poor. Definitely will Not consider this hotel in next visits. The parking is across the street in a very crowded area and narrow road.

My family and I liked Senbayrak otel, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well done, the Team is cooperative and lovely and the customer service is really helpful when i ask them for a help when my flight delayed.

It was ok for the price. Not the best I've stayed in but for the price, it is ok. Breakfast was pretty good.

Located in the center of town just about 10 minutes from the airport with taxi ($3). The mattress was hard but that is the only complaint. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, omelettes were extra pay ($1). Staff was very friendly and helpful but sometimes the language was a problem. Most people in the city only speak Turkish.

I spent 2 nights at this splendid hotel during my tour of Turkey. The room was huge, so was the bed and I had a rooftop view of the city. Probably the best hotel yet. Breakfast was really good too. Thankyou Seyenbak.

I was disappointed by Expedia more than the hotel itself

I didn’t like Expedia how it handled my problem with the property it wasn’t friendly staff food was awful didn’t enjoy my stay in middle of nosiest area of the town. After talking to Expedia’s staff for a day I will never book with it and I hope you leave my comments here to be read.

Clean, big hotel, nice room, bed, breakfast, well located. Really put off when I wanted to meet my university friend and take them to my room, was made to feel like I was soliciting for something illegal by the shiny guy with a ponytail, he had very poor customer service.

The hotel has a perfect location, the room I had was very good, clean, the bed was comfortable. Service was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming and provided us with a map and careful directions. But the breakfast was very very poor no choices
