Staff was good. They allowed us to stay in the lobby in very early morning before check in while waiting for Halong Tour. When checking in, we got room with warm AC, we complained to the FD, but need to checking it twice after hours, it was unpleasent due to our condition was in very exhausted after the tour. But anyway we got another room with all in good condition. The room is not spacious but nice, clean, and sound proof. Location was great as well and nearby hoan kiem lake.

The location is in a quiet area, near the old town, Sword Lake and the Cathedral and everything here is wonderful. Having the opportunity to go to Hanoi will definitely stay here

this is very nice small hotel, nice room and great services from the receptions, bellman. Breakfast is great. Hotel is located in a good location, convenience to go around at City center. We will definitely go back to Sunline Hotel again.

Room is clean. The good place. Breakfast with little food. Normal service staff. Reception at check-in agreed to check out at 13:00 because I checked in late (16:00). The next afternoon reception did not agree and requested to check out at 12:00.
