Sheets were dirty. Excuse of manager: "We don't clean our sheets, a sub company does it" Do I care who cleans the sheets?!? I got another room "cleaner".

The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. This room in the beginning was alright; however, when I took a shower, the drain was clogged up and had a difficult time to drain. Also, the people in the room next to me was smoking. I complained about the shower drain, and the front desk man gave me a room with a broken shower head that was leaking all over. He was very rude when I told him about the shower head being leaking and he said that this is a 2 stars hotel. I said on Orbitz it says 3 stars. No matter what star the hotel is, his unprofessional and unapologetic altitude made the whole experience in France disheartening. I cannot believe he said to me that it’s not his responsibility and that I should put up with it. His action and demure are inexcusable since he should understand that customers complaints that are valid should be taken with care and consideration. He said he is very busy and that he has no time for me, I cannot fathom such rude behavior coming from the employee of the hotel. The front desk ladies I encountered were nice and professional, but it didn’t make it any better. Loud noise from outside til late hours, smoking smell. I give this hotel a negative star.

Rooms were basic but clean, with good amenities. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It's a fantastic location, literally next to the train station and only a few minutes walk into the city centre and Place Stanislas. They let me store my bag as I was early for check-in.

Great, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Nice and quiet and a good location for access to the station and RERB for the airport.

Very small room but clean and OK. The biggest positive was the digital heating system. The numerous other hotels in France on this trip had knobs to fidget with. The staff were all good except one worker in the breakfast room who dropped a large utensil on the floor and just put it back for others to use. This was disgusting. She should have replaced it.

Nowhere conditioning required open windows and it is right about the bus station which is very noisy . They put us on the floor which they were painting so we had to deal with paint fumes as well

Hotel un peu vieillot , pas très engageant du point de vu extérieur. L acceuil est sympathique. J ai été réveillé à 3h du matin par des gens qui parlaient et riaient dans la chambre d à côté et le couloir.

Un hôtel ancien mais un accueil et une chambre impeccable, je reviendrai très vite pour séjourner

Le personne a été sympa en tout moment, la chambre propre et spacieuse. Il y’a de bruit à la rue mais je ne pense pas que le personnel puisse faire qqchose. Chambre sans sèche cheveux.

Soiree etape travail tres convenablement. Proche gare, centre, et transport.

La chambre était impeccable, personnel courtois et très disponible pour m'aider sur mes demandes.
