The welcome was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning but it didn't detract from my stay.

Considering it was a last minute booking, as the original one was cancelled by the hotel, we were happy to find something with parking space and walking distance to city centre. The room we got was on the top floor and although the hotel is on a quiet street, our room wasn't, as a big dog occupied the roof space above us and never stopped running around, occasionally barking. Also, in the description it was mentioned 24/7 reception and bar/restaurant, which it wasn't the case.

Received a welcome email the day before but when I arrived I was told my reservation had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. Tried to explain but was quickly showed the door. Not an easy time finding a hotel the day before ferragosto without a reservation. Ended up paying double the cost for a place with no parking.

Excellent place, spacious, free parking, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. Owners are wonderful and hospitality incredible. Rooms are beautiful.

I found the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming on arrival. They gave me clear directions of how to visit Lecce from the B&B and told me about the main attractions. Lecce is approximately a short 15 minute walk from the B&B and the bus station is to other destinations is about the same distance. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished as was the whole accommodation.

Luxury B&B is nice. It's on a local, residential street, so the streets are not bustling. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to Palazzo del Governo and other wonderful sites. My room was extremely spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Felt like home. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful--provided me with a great map to show where Lecce's attractions were located, as well as a good restaurant recommendation. He also connected me a great cab driver on my last day, who helped me catch my train on time (he was early)! I appreciated the daily cappuccinos and pastacciottos for breakfast that the host prepared. True Italian breakfast. When I asked for fruit, he was able to provide apples, bananas, and apricots.That said, I wish I would've been informed about the onsite construction going on right next to my room early in the morning, everyday. I was hoping to get rest, but it's hard to do that with hammering and drilling and scraping going on! Minus the noise, this stay would've been close to perfect.

non intendo fare recriminazioni alla gestione del B&b e al soggiorno ma alla prenotazione effettuata con expedia per due motivi. 1) La prenotazione è stata confermata a me ma non alla struttura. Al nostro arrivo infatti la struttura non aveva la nostra prenotazione e ci siamo arrangiati fai da te con altri due ospiti che hanno accettato di condividere una stanza al posto di avere ciascuno la propria come avevano prenotato. 2) all'atto della prenotazione ho pagato un prezzo aggiuntivo per un parcheggio inesistente in quanto l'auto l'ho parcheggiata sulla strada

Esperienza sempre perfetta,sono stato più volte in questa struttura ed è andato sempre tutto alla perfezione,stanze perfette e pulizia impeccabile

Sono stato dislocato in un'altra struttura di nome "b&b Anastasia" perché non c'era più posto in quella prenotata. Pessima esperienza che non consiglio a nessuno

De eigenaresse spreekt alleen italiaans, zodat ze geen info kon geven aan ons. Het bed lag echt niet lekker, de spiralen voelde je goed en hebben dus slecht geslapen. Er is een grote keuken, maar die mag je alleen gebruiken tegen betaling van 20 euro. Alleen de koelkast mag je gebruiken. Douchecabine is klein. Veel trappen lopen. Ontbijt was sober: beschuit, koek en fruit. Zelfs geen croissant of brood. Wel leuk dat er schilpadden zijn vlakbij ontbijtruimte.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr sauber, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Super!
