we had to pay the check-in guy an extra €20 for cleaning fee, which is sucks. never happened before - and I have booked hotels using this app a dozen times. there's also an extra charge for the city tax, but this one is ok because we knew it beforehand. the location is fantastic - nearby Duomo. the Milano touristy area at your fingertips. it's more of a BnB, not a hotel. check-in location is shown at the map by app but the actual room was at another building. for 3 people this is quite nice, everything was as expected... but the extra cleaning fee, of course.
