Fantastic hotel. Stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect location in Olbia. The spa was lovely and the breakfast was great.

A well situated gem in Olbia. Well located for bus journeys to the beach or to stay in the city. The staff are all very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day.

We got room 302 ( smart room) and it was better than my expectations. The room and bathroom were really spacious, very comfortable and located only few steps away from the Main Street. One minor defect was a strange smell in the bathroom ( paint or some kind of disinfectant) and there was a large terrace but lacking a table. Overall very pleased

Had a wonderful stay at tramas Could have stayed a lot longer Was clean, spatious and well done up. Very comfortable stay. We didnt use the spa but Even without that was super comfortable

Welcoming staff, the rooms and areas are beautifully decorated, With glass floor to allow you to see the Roman aqueduct that is underneath the building. Very clean and zen ambiance. Location wise it is perfect two steps from the Main Street.

Great location but otherwise this is in no way a 4 star hotel. Two at best. Old building with questionable cleaning. AC inadequate for summer temperatures. Active construction without notice at 8 am during peak summer season.

The air conditioning was not strong enough and some nights was very hot. Other than that everything else was good.

Lovely Receptionist, we were made very welcome. Quiet area, but very close to the centre The hotel room was in a different hotel than I thought it would be, not where the Spa facilities are which were a bit disappointing. The Spa rooms have steps which would not be suitable for my wheelchair Partner. Modern rooms, clean and well equipped
