We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have more variety and I don’t think you should be charged for parking however the overall experience was excellent and we would stay again.

I had an excellent time with my mol at the Hotel Cures Marines. The room was very clean and spacious, and the spa incredible. Lovely staff as well. We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect property for discovering both Trouville and Deauville. It’s located right in between both places! The room had a fantastic view to the beach and all staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel is highly recommended! At the reception desk we were offered an upgrade so that we would enjoy our stay at its best! Our room was extremely clean and very tranquil. The spa and pool were a treat! The staff were intent in enhancing our stay! We look forward to returning!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal. The indoor pool was incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much.

There was one staff working as a porter, valley, and concierge. The receptionust was a bigginner and it took him 30-40 minutes to upgrade our room. The rooms are small and too expensive for the area.

It was perfect stay! The full atmosphere of the hotel very suits to Trouville “mood”. The service is superb! Location, interior design, breakfast .. I loved it all!

The room was charming. Wonderful ocean view. Layout of the room was interesting, different, and well planned.

Need a realconcierge...One guy should not be car valet,bellman and concierge..Need at least 1 English speaking person in lobby or front desk

Mainly Treauville, does not have the charm of Deauville. Apart from that the hotel was with low capacity, and the staff was not attentive enough. The front desk during check-out a disaster, taking too long and making mistakes… and I stayed only 1 night! Did not feel I was in a 5 star hotel!

The staff was wonderful and the location was centrally located to everything .

GREAT LOCATION NEXT TO TROUVILLE BEACH

It’s a fantastic hotel. It’s a beautiful building, by tjr sea and have great staff. Too bad the restaurant is closed due to covid, but you can order in room dining. The spa however is not up to the standards. If you go, enjoy the beautiful hotel and it’s surroundings.

The overall service Was great. The rooms are a little basic even if we opted to upgrade to the junior suite. The breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

The overall stay was lovely. However, when I was in the steam room I touched a wall which burned my hand and the hotel didn’t really acknowledge the issue. They took 15 min to bring me ice and just acted surprised, not taking the issue seriously. This was the most serious burn I experienced in my life and I wasn’t able to use my hand for days. The day it happened, we told them this was quite serious as there was no sign and other people could get hurt and in return they just offered us our parking fees and a beer... the way they handled this matter was really disappointing for a 5 star.
