The room was not clean, there were no toiletries available, there were no doormats either, the first and last time I stayed there.

AC not working properly. Dirty room. Service is not friendly. Room sounds are noisy. Even though the message is in the application, it should be good too. This can actually be bad. Because I had to, I just had to take it.
