Room comfortable, but very noisy in the early morning

Room was clean and very spacious. Free breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. Staff were friendly & efficient. Had an issue with the door lock. It was addressed and fixed right away after reporting it to the front desk.

clean, quiet, friendly, grounds were well taken care with pretty hydrangeas, pool/deck/pool furniture clean with trash - so nice!

Everything was fine.

Checked out early and had to return twice because we failed to pack everything. The front desk associate was super helpful. We travel to WA every year from CA and this has been our go to roadtrip location.

Loved the king suite! When we asked for extra coffee and towels, the person at the desk was happy to oblige and in both cases gave us more than we asked for. The EV chargers were accessible and easy to use.

It was just a quick overnight but I recommend this hotel just has a good vibe.

Great property. I loved the pet care package. The staff was super friendly. And the continental breakfast was pretty substancial. We did have a few ants in our bathroom and there was some hair in the tub. Otherwise the room was clean.

Color scheme in room is dark and not very inviting.

Close to Freeway, but quiet

I’ve stayed at Best Western before and it’s always what you expect for a 3 star hotel. But this particular one for $200+, it’s beyond me and why they charge this much. Room looked old and not up to the standard of what we paid for, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are three tiny bottles. Pillow are these three cubed shaped firm ones that you’d expect from motels. Hotel staff was welcoming nonetheless and breakfast was free (it was ok) which we aren’t complaining. Overall 4/10 for the price

Convenient and safe location for a roadtrip to California. Has lovely old world charm and exterior landscaping is well maintained.

Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. The property as a whole is slightly dated, but well maintained. It has a nice dog area and the residential street around the corner is very good for walking your dog as well. Breakfast was great as well. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Attentive staff.

The grounds are beautiful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that wasn’t great was that there were no working ice machines.
