The room reserved was not ready by check in time so I had to accept a different room type. Once in the room, we discovered the bathroom had no running water; once we turn on the water valve, we discovered the flushing system was malfunctioning, and WE FIXED IT. The next day the hotel provided a room in accordance with the original reservation. However, the coffee machine was malfunctioning: it was never replaced. The bathroom was only cleaned once in the week of stay. The mattresses were too soft and both my husband and I ended up with a hurt back. The only saving grace was the breakfast... Marriott? This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!
