Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back.

The location was in a poor neighborhood, but you can ignore that. The hotel staff, and here I mean only the bar and pool bar, are young and rude. You are often ignored or served poorly.It is a shame that these days, when the temperature reaches 38 degrees, you can say that you have run out of water or that there is no more ice. The drinks served at the bar are of poor quality, but somehow it was reflected in the price paid. Breakfast was repeated endlessly, the same omelette, the same cheese and salami over which the flies buzzed. At lunch and in the evening, the food was ok

Best staff very friendly

We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend.

Inconvenient parking, the bed and sheets were not clean and very old , bathroom was becoming like a swimming pool while taking a shower, very smelly and old bathroom.

It was a pleasure staying in the Villa! Felt like home, Delicious food, and the most amazing staff, specially Mr. MART and Ibrahim and the rest of the group at the entrance. It was a pleasure meeting all of them. we will definitely come back with family and friends. 😊

Positive points: Great hotel and very friendly and helpful staff, location wise, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and city center. Negative points: Customers aren't allowed to swim after 6.30pm when temperature is nearly 35 degrees (to clean the pool!!) while other hotels do let customer cool in the pool until 10 or even midnight. Wifi is ok but not to the 8th (top) floor, (seaview or wifi).

The hotel was clean and spacious. Good base to walk to town and beach. The wifi in the room very slow, however there is free wifi service in public areas.

Bayram tatilinde gittik yemekler iyiydi fakat sürekli balık tavuk hindi çoğunluktaydı et neredeyse hiç çıkmadı etli yemek şeklinde çıktı. Odaların temizliği açık bar çok güzeldi. Kafeyarya ve açık bardaki personeller ilgiliydi. Canlı müzik ve dans gösterisi oldu 2 gece bunlar da çok güzeldi. Daha farklı etkinlikler yarışmalar da yapılabilir. Tatlılar için çeşit boldu ama her gün aynı tatlılar vardı. Odamız güzeldi yataklar rahattı. Sauna hamam kullanımımının sadece 12-14 arası olması kötüydü. Havuzları gayet yeterli havuz başında çalan müzikler de güzeldi saçma sapan müzikler yoktu.

Özellikle temizliği,çalışanların ilgisi(o garsonlar,bar görevlileri gerçekten kocaman bir alkışı hakediyor) mükemmeldi... Yemekler iyiye yakın, içecekler aklınıza gelecek her şey var ve sınırsız, odalar çok iyi müşteri portföyü kaliteli... kesinlikle fiyatına göre çok çok iyi...
