Everything is great here! The only issue is they tried to charge me $50 more for the room than the expedia rate. After a few minutes of "checking the system" they honored the rate I booked.

Really enjoyed staying here. It’s right by the water which I loved. Breakfast was good with quite a few options to choose from. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will recommend this place

It was advertised that breakfast was 6am-10am. Staff posted a piece of paper on the lobby door in the morning saying that breakfast was 6-9, causing us to miss breakfast based on the days we had planned. It was also advertised that we would be granted discounted Shepler’s ferry tickets, however we were told by staff that they didn’t have any and so the ferry was incredibly expensive.

LOVED the balcony. Nice that they called and asked if we needed anything. Overall the room was excellent. Towels seemed end of season and the fitness room was closed but we were fall so very minor matter I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was perfect. They even had a pick up service to take us to breakfast. We were right on Lake Huron and it’s beautiful.

The stay was very amazing

They changed breakfast hours on us without notifying us ahead of time. Staff was rude except for elderly man who picked us up in golf cart type vehicle. He was very nice.

The hotel was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was also very nice with good variety. We will stay here again.

The views by the water and the campfire at night with s'mores was an added enjoyment. Great place to stay and the pool and hot tub got a lot of use

Check-in was difficult because they seemed to be short staffed. Also, they were out of discount ferry tickets, so I feel they should have removed advertising. Room was great!

I must say i'm 66 years old and traveled around the whole world and expect the best and this hotel especially for a Best Western really surprised me. Found my home away from home here in St Ignace. The only thing negative I can say about the place was typical breakfast buffet but i expected that
