The pictures do not match the condition of the property. Property is run down. We did not feel safe and did not end up staying- drove up the road to Arcata and stayed at a safer hotel

Beautiful property with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast and a really cool feature is the complimentary limo ride to dinner downtown. I was able to enjoy a great night downtown, take a dip in the hot tub, and spend the night in a very clean and spacious room.

I came back to this hotel for simply the Oasis 😍… This hotel has a beautiful hot tub and a great entertainment area. The hotel has many amenities within walking distance and the beds are super comfortable!

Clean and conveniently located. Hotel offered transportation to and from local restaurants so you don’t have to drive yourself and find parking. Very nice amenity for their guests. Pool area was very nice. Complementary breakfast was good. Would stay again at this hotel in the future.

The property was nicely maintained. It is located in between highway 101 divided section in town. Be sure to ask for quiet rooms or there is a lot of car noise. The breakfast options were very nice. The pool and hot tub area was very cute with a Polynesian theme

The kids loved the hot tub and heated pool, and I appreciated the extra long hot water shower...............and they didn't even call the cops when granddaughter had a huge melt-down!!!! :)

The only reason the staff didn't get 5 stars is the limo driver they have that does complimentary service is very aggressive and rude .

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the property is clean and has great amenities. Will stay here anytime we are in the area.

Really good service and nice environment

The staff was really friendly, especially the afternoon staff. Someone had peed in the bed and the mattress smelled really bad. It was very gross. We will not be staying here ever again.

Very nice property and staff. There were a number of activities in a protected pool area which was very relaxing and nice. They provided limo service to and from restaurants which was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Location was near Old Town and water and was walkable. Highly recommend.

Beds are not queen size as indicated, they are full size. Comfortable beds, but too small. The lady checking me in could have been friendlier. Give me a welcoming smile at least! Breakfast was adequate. The nicest thing was the hot tub- it’s huge and the waterfall pours out continuous hot water.

Beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly

We love this hotel and make a point to stay here when we are in the area.
