Everything was close nearby, staff was very friendly, room was clean

Not having a breakfast option for early checkouts reduces overall rating.

The property is decent but not clean. Our bed still has residue of hair from the previous occupants. Same in the bathroom.

Close to trains and place is well equipped

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient and "The room was very comfortable and clean"with all the kitchen amenities . Just love the stay with Quest and hope to get back again .

Motel is amazing, a little difficult to check due to lack of on street parking, and finding the carpark is a bit tricky after check in, but can't fault the rest of the stay.

Great place to stay, clean and very welcoming staff, room was great, the area around the accommodation was very sketchy. Underground parking at extra cost of $15 for the night but well worth it due to the area.

Everything is great about Quest Apartments. But Liverpool Area is bit doggy.

Staffs were friendly at reception, For house keeping staffs didn’t changed my bedsheets which need to be changed, whereas they did washroom cleaning n emptied rubbish bin.one staff came n did help to do wifi connection, still Wifi connection was not working so while my stay I used my phone data .Overall everything was good . Love the stay because quest allowed me to decorate my room to celebrate my Hubby bday so appreciate it. Room service staffs needs improvement I believe when they come in they need to change bedsheets that’s why we ask for room service.

Car Park was tricky to locate. I did request a late checkout which indidnt receive, but i did get a room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. EVerything else was awesome.

the parking is excellent. location decent. but they have a bug issue as ive seen in other reviews. i politely advised the staff. 3-4 bugs of different types in my room.

Very comfortable and quiet,clean and affordable. The front desk staff was polite and well mannered.Thinking for a visit again.

Good service

For the price you pay per night you think the room will have a coffee machine. You only get one room card which was inconvenient. Room stank of smoke, was provuded eith an air purifier but did nothing yo rid the smell. Hotel charges $15 per night paarking.

Felt unsafe, neighbours in other rooms too loud- constantly banging noises and hearing footsteps outside, next to main road-sirens blaring- can’t get a good sleep in. Tv apps don’t work, aircon wasn’t good or strong, and some of the staff weren’t very helpful when it came to me wanting a refund for the rest of the weekend (would pay for the one night and I’d leave) they weren’t helpful in my situation so I felt obligated to stay. Won’t book there again.
