I stayed for 1 day, the previous one was at the Kaani Hotel, thank God I was able to check in at 12, but there were no towels and mats in the room, I asked for a towel and was given one, there was no toothbrush. Strategic location right in front of the Maafusi harbor, good service but there was a staff who made us uncomfortable because when we checked out we didn't leave right away even though we were on a tour at his hotel, automatically checked out early so we could enjoy the tour from the morning finished the sea tour at 3 pm we stayed in the hotel lobby to clean up (the toilet was small and couldn't be used for bathing) there was a staff who seemed to want to chase us away or even ask for additional charges fortunately the other staff didn't agree with the staff who said earlier, we crossed to the airport at 19.30. The food was delicious, the other staff were friendly, the public toilet was very small. For the price we got 3 million rupiah including tax, it was not worth it with the service we got but I appreciate the staff who were friendly to us.

Near the beach, jetty. There is night buffet 12$. No restroom after check out but the staff arrange for us. But they do not help on transfer since we leave to another resort, they just say go to the airport then resort take us. We took Icoms for private transfer. We take a tour of another hotel although they offer some tour too.

The choice is suitable for staying, near the docked ship, the receptionist is helpful in giving info, the tour program from the hotel can be followed and not expensive. Pleasant room.

A comfortable place to stay, breakfast is simple but good, the staff is friendly, TV broadcasts and the wifi are not good, so far so good👍🏻

They never mentioned we had to take the boat across to their island. We arrived mid night and no boats can take us there. We felt deceived and had to find another hotel

Very bad at communications as hotel and staff promised to send me photos and videos of snorkelling trip but it took very long time and I need to keep follow up by email. Not worth to join their snorkelling trip as they don’t deliver their promise. Not recommended.

The rooms are clean nice and very comfortable to live in.

Room: nice deco but it would be better if their comforter is wider Food: their buffet breakfast is nice. u should try their Lebanese chicken grill! Staff: helpful and kind Location: strategic location. 2-3mins walk from jetty

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lack of variation and almost nothing special except the egg corner. The manager Jack initially insisted that the single room was the best with the room rooftop although it wasn't the one I paid for and they finally managed to give me double room after I asked to be moved. Guests had to be firmed with the manager IMHO. Overall it was great, they cleaned the room everyday without being asked.

The hotel, service and tour packages are very good. everything needed is here. transport, hotel, restaurant tour packages are all complete. Price is also cheaper. The service is really great.

It's not worth for the price, and you'll get bad service, room and meal. The front desk girl is not nice I can't remember her name but she is always sat down there without no smile and not help at all. I pay for almost 100 dollars but I got the worst WiFi signal ever. I stayed at room 103 and the WiFi not even reach my room! And when I told the front desk girl she said "it's because we are in the island" which is not make sense and not help. And the TV is not working as well. I booked this hotel with breakfast. And the last 3 days I ate breakfast from the day before, so its not a fresh meal! Thank you crystal sands hotel you give me unforgettable memory stayed a week in the island with no internet, no TV, bad meal, service. thank you ! For the reader, the good things about this hotel is the location.
