Check in was at 1pm. We arrived at around 2:40 to our room with the door wide open. The room was still dirty, trash on the floor and the bathroom still filthy. There was urine on the toilet seat and clearly feces still in there. We were setting our bags down when a room service staff member walks into our room without introducing herself. She went straight into the bathroom, scrubbed the toilet quickly and walked out. We were confused? Also a very noisy area, our entire group kept waking up to noises happening outside the door. I wouldn’t recommend. Only stayed because we had already paid.

Went for the Caribbean World Series. On Day 2, Mexican Immigration did a raid and woke us all up asking for passports. I had to stand 10 mins in cold.

The place is super old and outdated. I would never stay there again. The parking situation is ridiculous…the entire parking lot is full and if you needed to leave in a hurry…forget it…

!) They don't grant the prices the Expedia offer. They charge me $66.25 and when I made the reservation the price was $56.00, and It was way too noisy it was a group of teenages there and it was around midnight and they still were noisy.

Just as basic as you can get, I've stayed in alot worse, guy at the front desk didn't understand any English at all, you think they would learn a few words ...because thats their business, tv didn't work and asked him to fix it 3 times and still never helped, parking lot was small, i had to leave at 6am and they triple- parked cars all across the parking lot so had to wait for them to figure that out, it's a low- budget hotel so the price definitely reflects the service

Too much noise filters thru room, first night not could sleep, people talking and walking in middle of night, staff should have more control.

Television channels limited, front door security not very good.

Yeah is cheap to stay but doesn’t mean needs to look like that , hairs all over the floor and sheets smells bad and looks bad. Not staying again here

The place was ok faucets and door handles placed backwards some roaches in room and in bathroom.

It was a good stay. Very economic… but i highly recommend you get a room away from the street. The traffic is very loud when you stay in a room on the main road.

The hotel room had no water I need to take a shower and the front receptionist told me she didn’t know what to do for me I told her what are you talking about you need to fix this I said call the management and she said no after complain for a while she decided to move into another room I wish you would’ve done that in the first place very inconvenient then you have no help with my things

I did not like anything. It was dirty my bed had nasty sheets the shower was dirty and the towels had stains

Was awesome room with brand new a/c unit, but they need pay more attention to the floors ckean up

The Boulevard was not for us. We left without a refund and went to another hotel. It should be rated a 1.5. Sorry. Not for us.
