They told me to clean the room but they didn't clean it or change the sheets and towels. The bathroom smelled terrible at night.

Trước tiên, tôi sẽ nói về thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên thì thân thiện. Vị trí khách sạn nằm cách bãi biển Mỹ Khê (cụ thể bãi tắm Sao Biển hay gì không nhớ rõ) tầm vài trăm mét, có thể đi bộ được nhưng nếu bạn có thuê xe máy thì nên đi xe máy ra chỗ bãi tắm gửi xe 8K thôi mà tiện. Lễ tân kêu xe thuê cho chúng tôi với giá 150K/ngày xe ga, kêu trước 10p họ sẽ mang xe qua. Nói về phòng thì nhỏ, tối do bố trí ít đèn, có cửa sổ, cách âm không được ổn lắm vì nằm nghỉ ngơi mà nghe tiếng bên ngoài khá rõ, hàng lang tầng tôi ở rất tối lúc nào về cũng phải mở đèn pin điện thoại ra để vào phòng. Đặc biệt phòng dùng thẻ từ để vào nhưng suốt quá trình lưu trú nhà tôi đều phải mở bằng chìa khóa dự phòng. Điện thoại bàn để gọi lễ tân cũng không kết nối được, rồi cửa nhà vệ sinh cũng được dặn không khóa được nếu khóa thì sẽ không mở được mà phải gọi lễ tân lên hỗ trợ thì hơi bất tiện. Vk chồng tôi ở 4N3Đ mà không thấy phục vụ lên dọn phòng hay lễ tân hỏi có cần dọn phòng không sau mỗi lần gửi chìa khóa, đến việc xin khăn tắm cũng xin từ tối hôm trước nhắc 2-3 lần đến tối hôm sau tôi phải tự xuống lễ tân nhận khăn lên (ở 3 đêm mà xin được khăn tắm đúng 1 lần). Khi trả phòng thì không biết từ lúc đầu nhân viên buồng phòng có kiểm tra trước khi giao phòng về lễ tân không mà lúc trả phòng hỏi khách có ăn 1 cái bánh custas của khách sạn không thì hơi kỳ. Nhìn chung, về vị trí của khách sạn thì khá thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển của khách lưu trú vì vừa gần sân bay và bãi biển Mỹ Khê. Nếu khách sạn cải thiện những vấn đề nêu trên được thì chúng tôi sẵn sàng quay lại ủng hộ và giới thiệu cho người thân, bạn bè trong tương lai.

2 * hotel so guests do not know that staying for more than 2 days want to fill with mineral water, they have to go to the front desk and the staff does not tell the guests. When the customer went down to get water, it was not clear that the 330ml bottle was free to fill the 500ml bottle, it was charged. The staff did not tell other guests only when they were charged to check out. Difficult to understand😅😂🤣. The air conditioner runs for a while and automatically turns off the temperature to about 24 degrees, notify the staff, then record and keep the guest for up to 4 days with such an air conditioner.

The hotel is ok in the price range. But there are some points that I am not satisfied with the first is that the door of the room must be closed strongly, so it is a bit noisy (poor soundproofing, so when the other room is closed at 1:30 at night, I wake up, not suitable for families with young children). Second, the hot water is not warm enough. Hope the hotel can improve more

The aircon and water heater are not working.

Poor service. Check-in time is at 14:00, but until 18:00, you still have to wait for the staff to clean up. Air conditioner leaks water. Weak lights, 2 lights but only 1 light. Staff do not fill enough new bathroom utensils but have to reuse old guests. But in return the receptionist is cute and enthusiastic.
