Nice and quiet, pool was perfect, room was clean. Wish that Arches would have been open though.

The room was around 90 degrees when we arrived 300 pm left to eat for about 2 1/2 hr 500 pm room was around 85 didn’t actually cool till around midnight we booked through a site did not know the restaurant was closed was not very happy

The shower drained very slowly, the bars to get into the pool were burning hot - they should be coated the entire way.

A true hidden gem!! The room was clean and very spacious. The pool is immaculate and stays open late. Found this place as this was a pit stop as we travel out of state. The town is also cute & quaint. The decor and furnishings in the room are very timeless and everything is excellent quality.

Wonderful hotel! Great quiet escape, good blackout curtains which my family enjoys, and wonderful restaurants very close by! We really enjoyed the desert life!

The "resort" and area around was very scarce. It was a ghost town. I was disappointed that once I booked I got an email that the restaurant and spa were not available for the summer time. The idea of having a little living room and kitchenette was awesome except that sofa and chairs needed to be steam cleaned and the kitchenette needed soap or even some paper towels. There was a cricket in our bed (not their fault) and the shower was spraying on the wall from the connector. The amount of soap and shampoo left was really sad. I had higher hopes, I just wish there was a little more offered for the nightly rate I paid. Sadly, I would not be going back.

Hotel was quiet and the complimentary bottled water was appreciated. Room was clean but decor (carpet, bed linens, furniture) were very dated. Staff was very nice and informative. Property only has 1 ice machine. Suggest to add more than 1!!!

The Borrego Springs Resort & Spa was a nice experience. I stayed there during the summer slow season, so the spa and the restaurant were not open. But the front desk staff was friendly and had a list of available restaurants on hand. The room was very clean, but had an overwhelming smell that was perhaps aromatherapy or musty. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the in-room amenities that included a hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, refrigerator, and 2 free bottles of water. The pool and hot tub were on the smaller side, but were open and clean.

Excellent place!!

Wonderful stay - was upgraded to King suite room and it was just lovely. Had an issue with TV remote and maintenance was right on it! Excellent service.
