Always delay I order a food and every time I ask a towel delay again hour I wait before the order in my room

Very accommodating crews and staff. It is actually clean and good!

I do have reservation, but still the duration before I entered. Almost 30 mins I waited.

The hotel room was clean and cozy. It's worth it considering that you can take advantage of the room for 24 hours. The downside is the hotel staffs are not that kind and proactive that they even fail to deliver the items that we have requested several times.

Aircon was defective needs to be replace very noisy

Took too long to verify my booking. Seems my booking was not reflected on their system... 3 staff check my voucher, took +15min waiting.

Smell of cigarette smoke when entering the room.

I was expecting a themed room according to the pictures given. But it wasn't.

There are some points that I want to raise. 1. It took me 45 minutes to process the check in. why? It took 10 mins to print the voucher. after I was asked for an ID and took another 10 mins. Then, they asked for my payment receipt. Kindly enlighten me if I really need to present my receipts if my voucher has been confirmed? This is the first time that a hotel asked me for a receipt. To the hotel, your staff won't allow me to finish the booking if I cannot present the receipt. Question is, what if I lost the receipt? Does my booking will be void and the payment that I made will just vanish on air? 2. Walk-ins were first to check in as compared to me. 3. Staff were rude, especially the front desk. I will never choose that place again. This is the worst branch of this hotel.
