Quick stop on our way to Destin. The room was clean and beds were comfortable!

Didn’t get the room I paid for.

Need a couple of updates to the room, My room door would not lock and the bathroom toilet was broken.

Awful

Tv didn’t work. Toilet ran constantly.

I stayed at this property in 2024 and the quality was vastly different in a years time. The sheets and towels all had set in stains. Even the bedspreads were stained and nasty. The tub was damaged and looked dirty. Other portions of the room were run down as well. My room was right above the entrance and there was no way to block the noise. People arriving at midnight were hollering and super noisy through the thin walls and windows. When we checked in, I was informed there was no other rooms available- which leads me to believe this room is rarely used. Also, no elevator, not a problem for my family but a good heads up for anyone looking that can't do stairs. Would recommend you stay elsewhere.

I stayed in the Canton Mississippi location. Checkin was fine. Got to the room and noticed that all of the linens were dirty and stained. Looked like blood or makeup on the top covers. Asked for linens to be changed immediately and this was done. The new sets were clean but had set in stains. The towels were stained with yellow areas and set in stains of various colors. Small towel had a hole. Request for more towels went unanswered for many hours until I went to the front desk. The tub was either not cleaned well or just stained horribly. The smell of marijuana overtook the hallway every day. Most nights were quiet. This is a 2 story hotel with no elevator. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of wet stairs. Free breakfast was ok. There was cereal, small pastries, pancake making machine, packets of oatmeal/grits, fake tasting egg patties, sausage patties, biscuits with gravy, thin bacon. Pets seem to be allowed. Saw a lot of cute doggies. The immediate area has McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Popeyes, Sonic, plenty of gas stations. I am soured on ever staying in another Best Western. Staff were nice when engaged.

Stay was good

Stayed here for a trip to attend a family funeral. Much like a lot of hotels that are more rural, this one could use a real deep clean. There was coffee all over the wall, the sink fixtures were covered in lime scale & pink mold. Some bed linens should be taken out of service & replaced due to conditions. The hotel is heavily used by workers in construction & other labor work, so the grounds definitely reflect that. Cigarette butts, beer bottles & boxes all over. An abandoned grill. Random car parts in the lot. I didn’t feel unsafe at all, though, so it’s all relative.

Great place hot breakfast its was better than the holiday inn next to it i was there on work holiday inn had old spring mattress best Western had memory foam topers i believe or may have memory foam it slept so much better only flaw is no elevator to 2nd floor didn't hurt my feelings but keep that in mind

Room was fine. Service was not good. Staff seemed lazy. Key to room never worked.
