It’s an older property and the rooms are nothing special, outside entrance to the rooms. Good location near the river. Breakfast was unremarkable. Staff was very friendly.

Nice room, good for a family. Bathroom is a bit small and could use an update.

It is exactly 10 hours from our house as we drive east. It is cheap and they allow pets for no extra charge. The place can fill up with fishermen and hunters. None assuming, great and clean spot. Also Chamberlain is the home of the largest pheasant made out of railroad spikes. So don’t miss that

Hotel was a great deal and everything was clean! The room we had was a bit odd with some obvious random drywall repairs, a super teeny toilet/bathtub room, and a very noisy wall-mounted heater. Breakfast wasn’t quite to what we were used to at other Best Westerns, but can’t beat the price especially with everything being clean!

It was a very friendly and helpful desk staff and we felt welcomed and appreciated. I had a problem, however, with the Hotels.com App while traveling, which scheduled me for Oct 1, instead of Sept 30. I tried to reschedule, but was then charged for BOTH nights (non-refundable room!), although I thought I did not approve the change after finding out I'd be charged double. I ended up calling and reserving, then paying with a CC at the Best Western when I arrived. I later realized I never got an email for the Sept 30 stay on Hotels.com, but was CHARGED FOR IT ANYWAY! So I'm trying to get a refund or two, after paying three nights of lodging for ONE night's stay.

Very nice place to stay, quiet, clean, and secure.

This a great hotel. You can park right outside your door. Easy walking to dining and shopping. The convenience store across the street is clean and has everything youd need. Breakfast was awesome too and only one block up from the river!

The hotel was convenient for what we went there for. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. So friendly and helpful! Only thing was the room was really small!

Felt more like a youth hostel room. Some lamps didn’t work, outlets needed replaced because they were worn out, A/C was not good - first room I have ever stayed that didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator ???? Probably won’t be back. 👎

An older facility but clean and comfortable.

A quiet and clean hotel, great for a road trip and the river next to it was lovely. There's a pool, although we didnt make use of it, and a hot tub, and a reliable BW breakfast. All in all a great place to stop.

Easy parking and very friendly check in. Typical US motel Helpful front desk when I had a query. We used this lodging as a midway break of a long journey and for that it was ideally located, just off the Interstate.
