Yes , everything was good at the our, the hot tub was a bit dirty

The full staff at the best western plus was amazing. They were very attentive and polite. Would recommend this hotel and look forward to making another trip to fully see the beautiful city and what they have to offer. The pool area was so great for kids and adults.

Staff were excellent. Room clean and comfortable. Very welcoming to pets. Walls are thin - our dog was quite distracted with voices in the next room.

The hotel, pool and attached bar are wonderful! Unfortunately, our room smelt really bad of vomit… There was no housekeeping staff on after dinner so they weren’t able to properly clean it until the next morning. We were given some compensation, but I don’t feel a $50 gift card is enough for having to smell that all night! Otherwise I would give the property 100%!

Dinner at the pub was great. Lots of options with good value for the price.

Close to everything but wish they had minimal breakfast options for early risers -eg. yogurt/cereals/fruits/milk, etc. if you don't want to have to leave to go to nearby places. other than that, amazing.

Spacious room, facilities is clean and staff were amazing. The pool is lovely but sadly some parents do not monitor their children's behavior so constantly had to watch to ensure our grandkids did not get hurt. Respect is something that needs to be taught.

Hotel staff were amazing however…hotel was extremely dated. Room I was assigned to had two queen beds and was on third floor. I noticed while heading to my room ceilings were extremely low and 2nd and 3rd floor was open to main check in desk and Ajoining King Arthur pub. Upon entering my room immediately noticed it had a joining room which had no insulation as I could clearly hear the guest next door as if they were sitting on my bed . After settling in room for my early start in the morning I very quickly became aware of a smell of different foods as if the vent from the kitchen were being release into my room and hallways. I am not sure how this hotel had a 9 out of 10 with dated rooms, and smells . Bathroom had no hair conditioner so bathroom was ill prepared for guests to prepare for their day however water pressure was incredible lack of attention to bathroom products was frustrating as it was early morning (5 Am). I struggle to write this review but had someone mentioned these concerns I may have a) lowered my expectations or B) gone elsewhere for the night . This was not priced as a budget hotel but a hotel that was over $260.00 per night Sorry but this is an honest review

Clean room, breakfast wasn’t included so can’t comment on the breakfast. Having Arthur’s pub in the hotel is a bonus, food was good.

We always enjoy our stay and our room but we had very noisy neighbours
