It wAs dirty and unkept

This was my second time staying here. Great price but you get what you pay for. The room most definitely was not vacuumed before we checked into it. The fire alarm wasn't connected to the wall and the latch for the door was missing. Light bulb missing from lamp and batteries missing from remote. Other than those things, it was an alright stay. Comfortable bed, great water pressure and very nice staff.

Shopping is very accessible don't like you have to go all the way to the main lobby for a Lyft , Uber or a taxi cab

I was put in a room next to a couple who spoke at full volume all night. The shampoo dispenser in the shower only gives you a droplet at a time and seemed to be nothing more than water. The biggest problem was the big black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. Yuck! The bed was comfortable

Front desk was rude

Overall our stay was nice, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

unit was very clean, only complaint would be one of the small towels seemed to have dried blood it appeared. not really sure but we just put the towel aside, staff was very friendly and unit was easy to find!

Staff was super nice, room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were flat. Walls were very thin and the room next to us were up all night we could hear them at 4am

Fast check in and easy parming available in front of your room

I had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone even showed up to check me in. When I finally got access to my room it was an adjoining room, which was not advertised. It smelled heavily of weed, and there was a beeping smoke alarm. The person in the other room had the TV up so loud I could hear every word in my Room, and I was no comfortable being that I was traveling alone. When I went back to see if I could at least get the smoke alarm fixed no one was there at the desk again. I turned my key in and did not stay.

Good breakfast , food nearby and check in is easy. Only thing is the smell from the room might be from carpet or something.

For the price you can't beat it. Its an older place, but it has all the main necessities. The front desk staff is wonderful. wonderfuldesk
